DocFine Health Private Limited is a private limited company having its registered office at Plot No.54, Vorla Shankaramma Colony, Kapra, Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, Rangareddi, Telangana, India (hereinafter referred to as “DocFine” or “we” or “us” or “our” or “Docs2Meds Health”). DocFine provides under its own name or through its subsidiaries and/or affiliate entities, various services related to the health care sector to different users and groups.
DocFine has developed a website – www.Docs2Meds.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and a related smart phone mobile application (“Mobile Application” or “Application”) that enables the users /registered members of the Mobile Application to obtain a list of donors of blood, plasma and other constituents available and third-party emergency/health providers/health volunteers and other constituents available in a specific geographical area (“Docs2Meds Health Services”). The aforesaid services are being presented by DocFine under the brand name “Docs2Meds” or “Docs2Meds Sanjeevani” or “Sanjeevani by Docs2Meds”. Please note that Docs2Meds Sanjeevani merely provides a generic list of all available blood donors, plasma donors, blood banks, health care, emergency care providers and health volunteers including in a particular geographical area, based on their respective indicated availability or permissions or location, and does not endorse or provide any representations or warranties in respect of their actual location, quality, efficiency, specialization, skill, expertise or availability of such health care, donors, blood banks, hospitals, emergency care providers and health volunteers.
COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Mobile Application depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:
Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to participate in various activities related to the Mobile Application, such as registering as a user, participating in chat with other users, posting messages in any comment sections or in our forums, sending feedback, and responding to surveys. If you choose to share data about yourself via your profile, online chat, or other interactive areas of the Mobile Application, please be advised that all data you disclose in these areas is public and your data will be accessible to anyone who accesses the Mobile Application.
With regard to accepting of requests related to donations of blood, plasma and platelets, we seek explicit permissions and approval from you before sharing your personally identifiable information to anyone. Once you provide the permission or approve that particular request, you can participate in chat with the other users. Please be advised that all data you disclose in these chats with other users is upon your own risk and while we take utmost care to keep all your chats private and limited to only the parties involved in the chat, please be advised that any such data can be subject of malicious attacks and misuse by unauthorized users.
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Mobile Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Mobile Application, including raising requests, viewing requests, or replying to a request, as well as other interactions with the Mobile Application and other users via server log files.
We currently do not support any purchases or payments nor collect any financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) when you utilize our services from the Mobile Application.
Data from Social Networks
User information from social networking sites, such as Facebook, Twitter etc., including your name, your social network username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts, if you connect your account to such social networks. This information may also include the contact information of anyone you invite to use and/or join the Mobile Application.
We request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Mobile Application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings, but this will hamper the services of the Mobile Application almost completely.
Mobile Device Access
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s bluetooth, contact list and storage space. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Data
We may request certain mobile device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide.
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Mobile Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
